Requesting Transcripts
If you need to order an official Galen College of Nursing transcript to send to an employer or another institution, complete an online order form through our transcript provider, the National Student Clearinghouse. Have a method of payment available to complete your order. There is a fee of up to $7 per transcript, plus additional fees depending on delivery method. If you encounter any problems ordering your transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse, you may contact the Registrar at the campus you attended at the number below, or contact our central Registrar office at (502) 410-6242.
